Behind the Scenes: A More Polished, Still-Real Live Draw
A Members’ Guide to Our Live Production Setup
We’ve upgraded our live production setup to make our draws clearer, more reliable, and easier to follow—without losing the feeling that you’re watching something happen in real time.
These updates are about visibility and consistency, not spectacle.
What’s New (In Plain Terms)
Multiple camera angles
We now use a dedicated host camera along with a true overhead view of the dice tower. This makes it easier to follow the roll and see exactly how outcomes are determined.
Cleaner audio
Wireless microphones help reduce background noise so voices come through clearly during the draw.
Smoother movement
Remote pan, tilt, and zoom allow for natural framing without bumping stands or interrupting the live moment.
More stable setup
Longer, single-run cables and cleaner cable management reduce the risk of connection issues during a live draw.
About AI (And Why We Limit It)
Some parts of our setup can use AI-assisted features like auto-leveling or smart framing. We use these only for technical consistency.
We do not use AI to:
alter outcomes
modify results
“clean up” or adjust what happens during the draw
The dice roll you see is the dice roll that counts. No filters. No edits to the action. A clear view from start to finish.
What This Means for Members
Easier-to-follow live streams
Fewer technical hiccups
A clearer, more transparent live draw experience
Thanks for being part of the community and for holding us to a standard of clarity, fairness, and trust.
